Sun shines from behind the misty morning sky
Green shiny-leafed carpet with slick yellow flowers pushing up
Birds sing joyously
Trees creek and rustle with the wind
Vines climb their way up tolerant trees
Echoing woodpecker metronome keeps the beat of the forest
Blue Jays with so much to say
Arches and triangles of fallen trees
Soft green emerging from the Prairie floor
Each and every tree trunk with its own incredible intricacies
Chipmunks and squirrels pop across the trail
Daffodils now full bloom regalia
Verbose trees squeak and creak
Vibrant energy bursting exponentially
