Tiny Orange Mushrooms In Mosses

3/9/2026, red R, 1:45-3:60pm

Lush, shiny leaves of lesser celandine fill in the forest floor and line the limestone steps
Daffodil fingers reaching up to touch the warming Sun
Siberian squill blues, glory of the snow purples, bowles periwinkles
Wind rustles branches preparing for a new growth
New fallen tree on limestone steps
Water rushes swiftly through the fossiled creek
Few buds in daffodil leaves, eager to unveil
Phrenic spring gnats flit about
Tiny orange mushrooms in mosses
Entire Forest vibrates with energy of new growth
Sounds of prairie soil drinking in recent rains
Geese not in the flock, but coupled off in pairs
Spring is sprouting
