Misty morning
Glistening grasses
Sweetest scent feels the air
Gorgeous water, thinly coated with pollen and life
Sporadic splashes of jumping fish
Big Blue Heron tracks in the shallow muddy bottom
Heron waits on tiny 1N Island
Cormorant on his typical post
Water levels dropping
-1N exposed tree: just above mid calf
-Top of 1SE ledge starting to appear
Golden Sun filters through leaves
Cormorant spreads his wings to show his feathers
3-4 coated with feathers left by geese
Breeze breaks gleaming surface into sparkles
Lovely sweet clover scent of 4SE
Almost to shallow to navigate
Bright white of osprey and flight up above
12 vultures circling above are definitely on to something
Concentric circles left all over from surfacing bubbles
Endlessly breathtaking to paddle on top of clouds
Such a lovely morning
