Jubilant bird song of every kind, calling from every nook and cranny of the forest
Geese on the lake shrieking out to stake their claim
Soft greens emerging on the forest floor
Rushing Creek in the distance
Varied deep tones of persistent knocking woodpeckers
Mosses with their soft fuzzy new growth reaching up for the Sun
Shrubs and low bushes sprouting new tiny delicate leaves
Vibrant glistening landscape
Daffodils content, soaking up the sun
Soggy muddy trails
Fresh sweet Earthen scent
Soft squishy footsteps through the Prairie
Lovely sound of grasses drinking up the water
Magnificently complex and delicate glittering spider web
Lush Buttercups lining limestone steps
Bees already busily buzzing in the herb garden
So much new life, excitement and energy
