Gentle cricket chimes
Green always more brilliant on a cloudy day
Vibrant, dynamic sparkling as the sun peeks through
Fish breaks through water 2 feet away
Still always struck by superb scents in 4SE
Birds hop along branches on the banks
Infinite number of greens, greys, blues and browns
Pair of green herons squawk to each other in flight
Surface feathers and pollen already pushed to banks by wind
Double crested cormorant (?) spreads wings on tiny island in sun
-then lifts off into low flight
Rainbow-haloed, cloud-opaqued Sun reflects up dreamily from water
Monarch makes its way fluttering across the lake
Falcon glides effortlessly above – surveying, circling
Smeared clouds in Wake
Blue Heron in majestic flight over lake
Such Splendid peace and tranquility
